To know the Self 自己を知る

The moment that the Self is realised ignorance, ego and limiting qualitied disappear. That ignorance, I am the body, I am male, female, I am so and so, I am tall, short, will be removed. You know who you are.

Sound and Science 音と静寂

Lastly is the sound that swallowa all other sounds and you come to the silence. science is the ultimate sound.

Changing 変わってゆく

Matter can never stay in the same state, even for a moment. It must change and it will change.
